Burscough Dynamo secured a commanding 3-1 victory over Eccleston & Heskin, with early goals from Jacob Dever and a brace by Bradley Fanning. Eccleston pulled one back in the second half through a penalty converted by Alex Brooks but missed another crucial penalty two minutes later, which could have set up a tense finale at 2-3 with five minutes remaining.

New Longton Rovers 6-2 (HT 4-1) Fleetwood Hesketh
In a high-scoring clash on Tuesday, New Longton Rovers secured a resounding 6-3 victory over Fleetwood Hesketh. The action kicked off in explosive fashion as George Kelly put the home side ahead in the very first minute, setting the tone for what would be a thrilling encounter. However, Fleetwood Hesketh quickly responded through Frankie Pearson, leveling the score early on.
New Longton Rovers regained control midway through the first half, with Kelly continuing his fine form, netting twice more in quick succession in the 24th and 33rd minutes to complete his hat-trick. As halftime approached, Jonathan Hart added a fourth goal for New Longton in the 42nd minute, giving the home side a comfortable 4-1 lead at the break.
Fleetwood Hesketh managed to pull one back early in the second half through Ross Whitehead, reducing the deficit to 4-2. However, Kelly struck again in the 64th minute to make it 5-2, securing his fourth goal of the match. Just three minutes later, Jonathan Hart added his second of the game, extending the lead to 6-2. Fleetwood Hesketh’s Scott Burns grabbed a late consolation, but New Longton Rovers’ dominant performance sealed the win.
