Come off Junct 27 from Preston and take the B5209 towards Parbold/Ormskirk. Go past Lakes and Hospital to the next junction.
Turn onto Appley Lane North (B5375) at Pestos Restaurant. Continue on down until you come to the two bridges over the Canal and River Douglas. Continue over the bridges and the ground is on the left hand side. Entrance at the end of the stone wall on the left side.
